Hi I Have Been Off Work Now For 20 Weeks

Hi I have been off work now for 20 weeks with high BP the doctor has been monitoring it and changing my meds to try and stabilise it but yet no joy it is always high in a morning but once I have had my meds it starts to come down I also have other med conditions like underacti thyroid none alcoholic liver desies and suffer with gout and fibromyalgia this makes me very depsess after a lot of test and blood test I'm sure they are missing something .
