Hi I Have Been On Arimidex For Almost 4yrs I

Hi I have been on Arimidex for almost 4yrs I am doing very well, My age Is 65 but I am a fit person doing the gym 4 times a week, eat a healthy diet ,but my mane concern like many other is the hair thinning,and will it ever return back to some form of thickness to the actual hair structure ?I was a hairdresser , and know that hair dose 't grow back after the follicle has been damaged.
