Hi, I Have Been On Primulot For 2 Months Now

Hi,
I have been on Primulot for 2 months now 3 tables 3 times a day now and in the last 2 days have started bleeding again and with abdominal Pain, I have also started yesterday tranexamic 2 tablets 3 times a day this is my 2nd day and bleeding is getting heavy
