Hi, I Have Been On Duromine For Two Weeks Now

Hi, I have been on duromine for two weeks now and about 4 days I started having a sore throat. It's gotten to the point where I feel like my throat and chest is tight and I'm having difficulty breathing. I didn't take the tablet this morning but I still have the breathing problems almost worst than I did yesterday when I took it. Is it the duromine or could it be something else? And if it is the duromine how long would it take to be out of my system?
