Hi I Have Been On Hydrolazine HCl 25mg 2x A

Hi I have been on hydrolazine HCl 25mg 2x a day for 2 plus years. Have been in kidney failure stage for 4 years but I have refused dialysis for personal reasons. Recently I had congestive heart failure due to fluid in my lungs and agreed to dialysis. The hospital doctor started me on losartan 25mg 1x a day. My new dialysis doctor wants to discontinue hydralazine increase losartin to 50mg 2x a day. I do not have diabetes and my heart is not showing major damage only weakness from fighting the fluid in my lungs. What is your feelings on switching to losartin?
