Hi, I Have Been On Monofeme Birth Control For About

Hi, I have been on monofeme birth control for about two years now. I missed three pills, sun,mon and tue.. I then took two pills on wed. I started getting my period so i stopped taking taking the active pills and let my body get its period. its now Saturday and ive taken 3 sugar pills since thursday. How do i go about going back onto it, do i start after a week of sugar pills? will i still be protected ?? help ?? I'm freaking out
