Hi, I Have Been On Tri Sprintec Bc For A

Hi, I have been on tri sprintec bc for a about a six years, I recently stopped taking it and started up again (which I have done before) but this time my nipples are very tinder even if I feel deeper like I'm at home examining my breasts it hurts like there is a large knot behind the areola. And the nipple is kinda white. I have been with the same man for about 2 years now so we don't use condoms and he finishes in me sometimes. Are these signs of pregnancy or could it be just from starting up my bc again.
