Hi I Have Been Operated 2 Years Bk .after Thers

Hi I have been operated 2 years bk .after thers irregular bleeding continously blackish sometimes fresh spotting upto 12 day. .sometimes postcoital if on 10thday.I had consultation by gynaecologist she gave me pills progific 100 mg once day since last 3 months am taking on 12th day she said. But still condition z same and now feeling pain in lower limbs and back ache. I can not take too much because of cholilithiasis and there was cholilithiasis of pregnancy in my last fourth ceaserian section. Kindly guide me and help me what should I do.
