Hi I Have Been Practising Medicine In The Outskirts Of

Hi
I have been practising medicine in the outskirts of Bangalore city since the last 3 months.
I have seen a number of fever cases and in most cases Widal test has been positive within 1 - 2 days of fever both H and O antigen 1:160. Can this be possible? Moreover the same patients have been found to have thrombocytopenia and have been tested positive for Dengue fever.
Is it possible for Widal to be positive even in Dengue?
