Hi, I Have Been Prescribed By My GP Pregablin, 250

Hi,
I have been prescribed by my GP Pregablin, 250 ml Twice daily for osteoarthritis. At times they make me feel relaxed but at the same time they give me the feeling of wanting to rush around.
Can you please explain to me what the base ingredients are, and also why I feel like this please.
