Hi I have been prescribed methylprednisolone 4mg 21 tablets for a skin rash my platlet count is 65,000 .I am concerned about blood thinning with this medication . I had this same rash about 10 years ago i took this drug with out any ill effects by I am still leery. Do you think it will be safe for me to use . The itch is horrible .
