Hi, I have been really congested over a day so I purchased some salt water nasal spray. after using this solution, I blew a massive glob of rubbery mucus together with blood vessels looking things, it was about an inch in circumference. I feel a little clearer now but this was an unusual experience and I am wondering if it is something to be concerned about?
