Hi, I Have Been Sick For Just Over A Week

I have been sick for just over a week and a half now. I have visited the ER and Urgent care but had no luck figuring out what was going on. I am a female, 24 Y.O., full time law student in my third year. I presented at the ER the first time with abdominal pain, nausea, blood in my stool. They did an ultrasound of my ovaries since I have PCOS. All was normal. Refered me to GI. Before I could get to GI refereal, blood got worse, pain worsened and nausea became unbearable. Went back to ER. ER did CT scan of abdomen which showed two small kidney stones, but everything else normal. ADmitted me to consult with GI. I had a colonoscopy. All my test results were normal minus internal hemroids and the small kidney stones. They released me after two days. I came home and was exhausted. I havent been able to stay awake despite getting tons of sleep. I slept 11 hours saturday night. and still ended up falling asleep from 4PM until 10PM and going back to sleep at 12AM. I'm normally a young fairly healthy law student. My stress levels are normal. I need to be able to be awake and pay attention in class. I have Diabetes which is fiarly well controlled on metformin, glimeperide and a small dose of lantus solo star at night before bed. The other medications I am on are Methotrexate which is once a week, zofran for nausea but it hasnt been helping, and they gave me Oxy which is not working for the pain at all. I've also been bruising heavily which I have never expereinced before.
