Hi, I Have Been Sick With The Flu And An

Hi, I have been sick with the flu and an ear infection for the past four days. The thing that has really been bothering me though is when i move my eyes I get a pain kind of like the one you get when you havent stretched a muscle in a while. i also get that feeling in my neck and head. I was wondering if there was an explaination for this? could the eye possibly be from something during REM sleep and the head maybe from laying down for the past 4 days?
