Hi. I Have Been Spotting Since 10/17. My Last Normal

Hi. I have been spotting since 10/17. My last normal period was 09/18. My breasts are tender and I feel crampy and bloated. I have taken three pregnancy tests. All have been negative. I'm worried because I had an ectopic pregnancy in 2012. My left ovary and fallopian tube was removed. I got pregnant shortly after and delivered a healthy baby boy.
