Hi I Have Been Suffering From Folicilitis For Over A

Hi I have been suffering from folicilitis for over a year now. Mainly using antibiotic to clear infection but as soon as I finish a course and more spots , carbuncles appear even after a long 3 months course of flucloxcilin, 2 days ago a felt little bump on my beard and a 12 hours later all my facial hair was infected. This is second to me in one year and second time in my life as I never used to have skin issues. The worst is this morning I woke up with 2 small lumps on my head - fast forward 4 hours and later and both are grown to the size of a golf ball despite that I am on my second day of antibiotics treatment please advice and help :((((
