Hi, I Have Been Suffering From Hyperpigmentation And Occasional Pimple

Hi, I have been suffering from hyperpigmentation and occasional pimple outbreak ever since 4 years ago.
I have come across on the internet to find Epiduo to treat my acne outbreak and Meladerm to treat hyperpigmentation.

I am 23yo, male, Singaporean, Asian Chinese.
Hope that a doc can advise me if those two are recommended for use
