Hi, I Have Been Suffering From Intense Itching From Last

Hi,
I have been suffering from intense itching from last one month.
Initially there were itchy bumps on my knee and my face start swelling my eyes ears were swollen now even after one month it's been same although there is no swelling on face but my whole body is still itchy bumps are reduced leaving the marks but my itching get worst in night yeastery my doc recommended me permit 5%cream in night and ivory in morning but yesterday itching was worst in night.

Don't know what is actually affecting me
