Hi I Have Been Suffering From Sore Throat On And

Hi I have been suffering from sore throat on and off over the last year, recently I have a coating on my tounge and have little red spots appearing on inside my mouth similar to tiny cuts,l also seem to have a burning pain in my feet on and off.
I got tetanus injection recently, could any of this be side effect of that?
