Hi, I Have Been Suffering With An Acute Rotator Cuff

Hi, I have been suffering with an acute rotator cuff tear for over a year and just lately getting better from a horrible cold/virus that still is producing some mucus in morn and night. I injured my chest area from being unable to cough properly in this process. I have been to the drs. twice and the ER, only to be sent home in severe pain. Xray and CAT scan of chest was clear. I was prescribe 12 hydrocodines two weeks ago (which barely eased the pain). I am reluctant to pay to go back to the doctors for another small script of pain killers that is not really working anyway. The hospital mentioned that I may have had pneumonia but the two different types of antibs that I took would have cleared that up as well. My shoulder pain is worsening, now shooting down the back of my arm to my hand. My chest still feels like there is an obstruction of some sort and very tender to the touch. I am losing more and more mobility as the pain begins shooting if I simply lean forward. I'm resorted to nearly 5000 mgs of tylenol and being as still as I'm possibly able. I also have been unable to lay flat in bed for nearly two weeks. Though my pain is internal, it feels like I have a huge open wound. Please, help? Thank you.
