Hi, I Have Been Taking 20 Mg Vyvanse For 6

Hi, I have been taking 20 mg Vyvanse for 6 weeks and lost consciousness for 1-2 seconds today while driving home. Would you be able to estimate how likely this might be due to the medication? I had an MRI over 3 yr ago and the technician had concerns with the results, so need another one to see if anything changed. If I go to the hospital and mention my symptoms, do you think they would give me an MRI right away, on the weekend? My psychiatrist ordered a new one today and requested a rush be placed on this but it usually takes over 6 months to receive one due to the waiting list...
I will no longer take Vyvanse but am worried the Dr. might cancel my license due to a safety concern while driving- is this possible?
