Hi I Have Been Taking 40 MG Lisonopril And 5

Hi I have been taking 40 MG Lisonopril and 5 MG Amlodopine besylate for hypertension for 3 yrs.
Recently my readings have jumped from 130/74 avg to 156-160/ 80s avg. Am now adding 25 MG
metoprolol daily. My numbers dropped to 140s/70s in last 4 DAYS. wHAT IS YOUR UPINION?
