Hi I Have Been Taking Zoloft 100mg Now Since The

Hi I have been taking Zoloft 100mg now since the year 2000 .. I tried for a short period of time to go off it but was a total mess, and have resigned to the fact that I may be on it for life. I am 54 years old, I started when I was 48. Is it okay to be on it for the rest of my life....I'm for quality of life and if taking a little pill to get me through the day is it, so be it.
