Hi! I Have Been Taking Adderall On And Off For

Hi! I have been taking adderall on and off for about 5 years. I'm currently on 30mg and over the last week I've been having radiating pain down my left arm and occasional twinges of pain in my chest. Is this something I should be concerned about? I'm only 32 but my very healthy 59 year old mom just had a heart attack, which concerns me that there are hereditary heart issues in my family!
