Hi, I Have Been Taking Amoxicillin Since Thursday For A

Hi, I have been taking amoxicillin since Thursday for a sinus infection. Since Friday morning I have had diarrhoea which is very loose, watery and yellow. This has scared me as I am still going to the loo even though I've hardly been eating. Slightly concerned that my other medication is not being absorbed into my system either. Shall I stop taking the antibiotics and are yellow watery stools normal when taking amoxicillin?
