Hi I Have Been Taking Duphaston For The Last Three

I have been taking duphaston for the last three months and trying for a baby. And i spot every month and it turns to brown discharge and goes on like that for a week or two. Sometimes until my period starts. About six months ago i did a pelvic scan and it turned out pcos.so i took contraceptive pills for two months and it stopped spotting for four months and again started. Last month again i did a scan and there is no pcos.
