Hi I Have Been Taking Duromine For 2 Ddays Then

Hi I have been taking duromine for 2 ddays then stopped due to pain on the right mid back and ribcage its a tightness feeling aswel as some tingling sensation going on almost feels as if Ihave a bruise deep iinside,how ever I went to see my gp the nx week and had lost 4kilos i told him about the pain i was feeling and was worried if it had to do with the duromine,he said that's not the cause and to continue with the duromine as he thinks it helping me with the weight loss.I am now bback on it and on my 4th day on it and the pain feels like its worsen and frequently urinating aswel as the sharp pain going on I know the pills wworking for me but these pain that I'mgetting im worried about Iam ddiabetic is it safe to continue using it or should I stop
