Hi I Have Been Tested Last Week For Chlymidia Ghonorea

Hi I have been tested last week for chlymidia ghonorea all them and test came back negative. I have only ever been with one man but he has cheated a few times. Anyway. I have recently come of the deppo about 2 days ago. Sometimes have one day of heavy flow blood then some times just patches... But recently I have had an orangey brown discharge ( that's what made me get tested) and I have no clue what it is as I don't normally have periods? Coming of the deppo is this a side effect I'm unsure. I doesn't smell bad just worried as I am trying for a baby
