Hi I Have Been To The Doctor 4 Times In

Hi I have been to the doctor 4 times in a week and a half and the e.r once I have tested positive 2 times for strep and received 3 different shots of antibiotics now my left side of throat is swelled they said my thyroid looks swollen and I woke up 2 days ago and the whole right side of my tongue is completely numb I have had 3 separate crying fits because the whole right side of my face ear and throat hurt so bad it was unbearable none of the doctors want to do anything except say I still have strep and its unusual I don't know what to do or who to go to I am 28 a non smoker non drug user I weigh 134 lbs and go to college full time can anyone give me advice please
