Hi I Have Been To The Doctors About A Lump

I have been to the doctors about a lump under the skin on the left lip of my vagina
They said its nothing to worry about but this was two weeks ago and it hasn't gone down
Since this a second lump has come up opposit on the other side of my vagina
They don't hurt at all and move slightly
