Hi, I Have Been Told I Have A Complex Ovarian

Hi, I have been told I have a complex ovarian haemorrhagic cyst 5 on right ovary and hydrosalpinx on right tube with some debris- I'm booked for laparoscopy, ovarian cystectomy and hysteroscopy- am I lightly to lose the tube? And what are my chances of conceiving naturally. My periods are affected and are only about every 3 months as a result. Trying to conceive since feb. Am 33 years old.
