Hi, I Have Been Treating A Yeast Infection By Otc

Hi, I have been treating a yeast infection by otc meds and recently took antibobotics. Overall I feel better, but my vaginal area is still discolored and appears to be spreading down my leg, there is still a little swelling and some itching feeling. Should I return to the doctor? Btw the smell with my urine has almost gone completely away.
