Hi, I Have Been Type 2 Diabetic For About 6

Hi, I have been type 2 diabetic for about 6 years. A side effect of steroid use for sarcoidosis. Until recently, I have had a hard time this past year keeping my A1c in check. It's been creeping up slowly over the past year, and my doctor has said it it doesn,t reverse course he will put me on insulin next visit. The way my experience with this disease is that until the last half year I've never craved sweets before, and now I just want them all the time. Hard to fight. I am on Tradjenta, Jardience, and Metformin. Is the medication making me crave these things?
