Hi I Have Been Using A IV In My Arm

Hi I have been using a IV in my arm on both arms for about a month and I now have dark red almost black sores or skin discoloration. Once the sore turns black it then opens up to a sore. I also have really hard lumps on both arms. How do I treat the sores to get them to heal and to make the hard lumps go away?
