Hi I Have Been Using Betnovate Cream For A Few

Hi I have been using betnovate cream for a few years now and it's been helping me with my acne, whenever I use it the pimples and blemishes, they heal very quickly, however if I stop using this my skin becomes so dry and flakey even though I have oily skin and causes me to break out, I use this in conjunction with la Roche posay effacalar duo [+] which has been helping really well aswell, should I be using betnovate on my face?
