Hi, I Have Bitten My Tongue Twice Today While Sneezing

Hi, I have bitten my tongue twice today while sneezing and it took a good couple of hours to stop bleeding, now the area is swollen and very sore especially when I try to talk as it is hitting off my teeth, is there anything I can do to get the swelling down please
