Hi, I Have Blasto And Am Worried. Originally I Had

Hi, I have blasto and am worried. Originally I had a test that said I had giardia....I took flagyl and giardia was gone but blasto showed up. I waited 3 months and did another round of flagyl but I am still positive for blasto.
I am very worried as I have brain fog....cannot concentrate , anxiet.y , bloated feeling and loss of appetite....I really do not know what to do???
