Hi, I Have Bronchitis, Sinusitis And An Ear Infection. I

Hi, I have bronchitis, sinusitis and an ear infection. I was prescribed levaquin and a steroid. I started taking both and I'm still running a fever (101.5). I took 2 (200mg) Ibuprofen before Googling potential side effects and see a potential for seizures. I'm 40, female, healthy, normal weight. No other meds.
Should I be concerned?
