Hi I Have Burning Shoulder Joint Pains And Sometimes It

Hi I have burning shoulder joint pains and sometimes it makes my two arms numb and can't move. It has been going on for the last three years. I got some pain killers but they don't give a long term solution. Can you prescribe a better cure for it? Thanks so much.. Jack.
