Hi, I Have (cellulitis) On My Shin Caused By A

Hi, I have (cellulitis) on my shin caused by a cast iron parasol stand falling on it. This was last Saturday and is currently being treated with Antibiotics (fluclox) the large affected area has been reduced...but there is an area (4cm) diameter around the wound site which is still red, swollen and hot to the touch and painful. I have been on IV antibiotics for 4 days and have now moved to oral antibiotics. It isn't getting any better now (2 days) do I consider antihistamines?
