Hi, I Have Chronic Hepatitis B Transferred To Me At

Hi, I have chronic hepatitis b transferred to me at birth. My ast and alt were about 45 and 85. I am currently 26 female. Could this elevation be cause by taking a multivitamin and omega3 supplements? Should I be concerned and seriously considering going on a medication? I have been going to a gastroenterologist however I would like to see what others have to say. Thank you in advance.
