Hi. I have circumcised almost 16 years ago. Actually my problem is down there i am having itchy on my penis foreskin. When i bring down / stretch down the foreskin i found there is a light colored ring is there. This is what itchy not glans. Moreover i never had sex. I checked for red spots but i didn't found any please help me what i should do. I tried to clean with detol or salt water it didn't help.
