Hi I Have Concerns On If The Doctors Will Do

Hi I have concerns on if the doctors will do anything for me. Its started a week ago. I'm not sexually active for over two months. It started when I noticed I wasn't urinating normal it was little slower then became to where I feel like I need to keep urinating and I can't. Burns little. Then in the pass 4 day now my testicles start hurting and its now worst they are swollen. After research I found its probably. UTI so I started taking sulfameth/trimethoprim 800/160 mg. I'm hoping this works because I have to work and I feel like after every time I piss I just got kicked in the nuts! Very uncomfortable and painful?
