Hi. I Have Conjunctivitis In One Eye That Arose From

Hi. I have conjunctivitis in one eye that arose from a sinus infection. My doctor prescribed Octin eye drops and Augmentin antibiotic tablets. Two hours after using the eye drops, the inside of my upper eyelid was stinging sharply. The pain subsided overnight but on waking up this morning, my upper eyelid is swollen.

My question is ... Could this be a reaction to the Octin drops? What is the risk of continuing with these eye drops? I feel that I should try and use them one more time. It is a Sunday morning so I cannot contact my doctor for an answer.
