Hi, I Have Constant Painful Right-sided Cramping And Throbbing That

Hi,

I have constant painful right-sided cramping and throbbing that is in the right lower abdomen. It will not go away and within a week this has happened twice at bedtime; this one being worse than the last one a few days ago.

Do you think it will pass or do you have any remedy to get me through the night until oI go to my internist or Immediate Care Center?
