Hi, I Have Couple Questions About The Issue Of Penis.

Hi, I have couple questions about the issue of penis. I wanted to ask how to proceed when I have small white papules below the edge of the head of the penis. Also the region around the edge of the penis tends to turn to a slightly purple-like color during erection and the head seems to be red...is that a problem? is it maybe connected with the frenulum breve?
