Hi, I Have Developed DVT In My Right Leg Due

Hi, I have developed DVT in my right leg due to a flight journey last month. Have undergone 6 injections of Clexame 60mg for 3 days. Also started using the class II compression stockings but pain is still there..Please suggest treatment. Will Ayurvedic Leech treatment help remove the clot??
