Hi, I Have Diarrhea, Stomach Cramps, Nausea And A Low

Hi, I have diarrhea, stomach cramps, nausea and a low grade fever of 99. Today is day 5! I've been drinking water, Gatorade and I took immodium today for a four hour relief from the diarrhea. I also tried one dose of natural oregano which is supposed to be good for antiviral and antibacterial infections.
What should I do next?
