Hi. I Have Discomfort In Tip Of My Penis. I

Hi. I have discomfort in tip of my penis. I have white discharged. I have taken medication already that was given by my urologist. However after 2 weeks it came back and y urinalysis showed mucus and the a. Urates still shows as occasional. I have not seen my urologist yet due to his clinic schedule. What should I do. Why the a. Urates still there? Well all of my ultrasounds are negative for kidney stones or something. Please help. Thank you!
