Hi I Have Discovered A Bump On The Side Of

Hi I have discovered a bump on the side of vaginal area. It seems to be under the skin. I am a college athlete and workout for about 6 hours every day. I don't know if it's from the sweat or it's a pimple? It is hard and had some white puss coming out. What is it or what should I do?
